“…Communication with families has always been very important to us. Our residents need their families to know how they are doing and what they need.” said David Dixon, Westmoreland’s administrator. “Before today, the only way families could do that was to call or visit.”
“Everyone’s lives are so hectic, and there are so many family members that live out of town that we realized many of them simply couldn’t get updates as often as they would like. This service will be a big help.”
